Shipping Policy

All wholesale orders are dispatched from our central warehouse in Warsaw, Poland. We partner with DHL and DPD to ensure fast, reliable delivery across Europe and worldwide.

Delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. All times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order processing

Orders placed before 14:00 CET on business days (Monday–Friday) are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 CET or on weekends/holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched. You can also view the status of all your orders by logging into your account. If you have not received a tracking notification within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact cs@minoti.com.

Customs and duties (non-EU orders)

For deliveries outside the European Union, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and are determined by local customs authorities.

Bulk and pallet shipments

For large orders exceeding 50 kg or requiring pallet delivery, please contact us for a custom shipping quote. We can arrange freight shipping at competitive rates for bulk orders.

Shipping insurance

All shipments are fully insured against loss and damage during transit at no additional cost. In the event of loss or damage, please notify us within 48 hours of expected delivery so we can file a claim with the carrier.
