Ordering

How do I place a wholesale order?

Once your wholesale account has been approved, log in to b2b.minoti.com and browse our collections. Add items to your cart using the quick-add feature, select sizes and quantities, then proceed to checkout. You can also use our Quick Order Form to add multiple items at once.

What is the minimum order value?

The minimum order value is €500 (net). There is no minimum quantity per style — you can mix and match across the full Minoti range to reach the minimum.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfer (NET 30 for approved accounts), credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay / Google Pay. New accounts are required to pay by card or bank transfer for the first 3 orders.

Can I modify or cancel an order after placing it?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, orders enter processing and cannot be changed. Please contact us at cs@minoti.com immediately if you need to make changes.

Do you offer pre-orders for upcoming seasons?

Yes, we open pre-orders approximately 4-6 months before each season. Pre-order items are clearly marked in our catalogue. Pre-orders typically require a 30% deposit with the balance due before shipping.

Shipping & delivery

What are shipping costs within the EU?

EU Standard (DHL/DPD): €15–€35, delivery in 3-5 business days. EU Express (DHL Express): €35–€65, delivery in 1-2 business days. Free shipping on EU orders over €500 (standard delivery).

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Poland: 1-2 days. EU: 3-5 days. UK: 5-7 days. Rest of world: 7-14 days.

Do you provide tracking numbers?

Yes, tracking numbers are sent via email as soon as your order is dispatched. You can also check the status in your account under Orders.

Do you ship outside the EU?

Yes, we ship to over 30 countries worldwide. Contact cs@minoti.com for a quote on non-EU destinations.

Returns & refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with tags attached. See our full Returns Policy.

How do I initiate a return?

Email cs@minoti.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you an RMA number and shipping instructions within 1 business day.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

What about damaged or faulty items?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.

Account & registration

How do I register for a wholesale account?

Visit our Registration page and complete the 2-step application form. Applications are reviewed within 1 business day.

How long does account approval take?

Most applications are reviewed and approved within 1 business day (Monday to Friday).

How do I access wholesale pricing?

Wholesale prices are automatically displayed when you are logged into your approved B2B account.

Can I have multiple users on one account?

Yes, contact your account manager or email cs@minoti.com to add users.
