Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your wholesale order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return eligibility

Wholesale orders may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date, provided:

  • Items are in their original, unworn condition
  • All tags and labels are still attached
  • Items are in their original packaging
  • A return authorisation number (RMA) has been obtained from our team

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been washed, worn, altered, or damaged by the buyer
  • Personalised or custom-printed items
  • Sale items marked as "final sale"
  • Items returned without an RMA number

How to initiate a return

  1. Contact us — Email cs@minoti.com with your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for return.
  2. Receive your RMA — We will send you a return authorisation number and shipping instructions within 1 business day.
  3. Ship the items — Pack the items securely and ship them to the address provided. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Receive your refund — Once we receive and inspect the returned items, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases of:

  • Faulty or damaged goods
  • Incorrect items received
  • Errors made by Minoti

In these cases, Minoti will cover return shipping costs or arrange a collection.

Damaged or faulty goods

If you receive damaged or faulty items:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide photos clearly showing the damage or fault
  3. We will arrange a full refund or replacement including return shipping

Please do not dispose of damaged items until instructed by our team.

Refund processing

Refunds are processed to the original payment method:

  • Card payments: 5–7 business days after inspection
  • Bank transfers: 5–7 business days after inspection (additional 2–3 days for bank processing)
  • Store credit: Available immediately upon request as an alternative to a refund

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different size, colour, or style, please return the original items for a refund and place a new order.
