How to place a wholesale order
Follow these steps to place your B2B order on the Minoti wholesale platform.
1. Browse the catalogue
Navigate to All Products or use the category navigation (Boys, Girls, Outerwear, Adults) to find the items you need. Use the search bar for specific product codes or styles.
2. Select sizes and quantities
On each product page, select the sizes and quantities you need. Wholesale prices are displayed after login. You can add items to your cart individually or use the quick order feature for bulk selection.
3. Review your cart
Review all items in your cart before checkout. Check sizes, quantities, and totals. The minimum order value is €500. You can save your cart and return later — items will be held for 48 hours.
4. Checkout and payment
Proceed to checkout. Confirm your shipping and billing address. Payment terms depend on your account status — new accounts pay upfront, established accounts may have NET 30 terms. Contact your account manager for payment term enquiries.
5. Order confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number, estimated dispatch date, and tracking information once shipped.
